NEW2U MARKET & FAYRE SUNDAY 18TH OCTOBER 2026 10.30AM – 2.30PM
Back by popular demand, We are opening our New2U Market and Fayre doors again on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th of October 2026 from 10.30am – 2.30pm. This will be based in our indoor events / carnival area. Over the full weekend will be bringing you more than 150 stalls absolutely bursting with pre-loved goods that are old to them but NEW2U. There will also be local crafters and businesses selling and showcasing their products.
Each booking includes 6ft trestle table and a chair. Multiple tables available to book – simply add how many tables you will like to book when requested below. (Please note table covers and clothes rails are not included but you can bring your own. Clothes rails max length 1m)
We are not able to accept bookings from hot food vendors, sweets or confectionery vendors and no baby boutique businesses (pre-loved only).
(Any bookings received selling any of the above restricted items / businesses will be contacted for a refund and booking will be cancelled)
MacKinnon Mills management reserve the right to control the type of goods permitted to be sold:
- No Cigarettes
- No Alcohol
- No Tobacco
- No Vapes or any related vape products
- No Livestock
- No Fireworks
- No Firearms
- No Laser pens
- No Counterfeit Goods
- No Sectarian, Religious or Political Goods
- No Sharp Objects (Knives, Tools etc)
Please read the terms and conditions below before booking:
- I agree to stay within the floor space allocated to me at all times.
- If you are a business, please confirm you have the relevant Public Liability Insurance in place.
- All food vendors must have allergen information labels listing all allergens within the goods attached to the packaging of the goods at the point sale (Mackinnon Mills strict requirements – no exceptions) There must also be a notice displayed regarding Allergen information (Mackinnon Mills will provide on entry).
- All rubbish and unsold goods must be removed at the end of the day and taken off site for disposal. Any items or mess left behind may result in future bookings being declined/cancelled.
- Traders found to be in breach of selling any of the above will be asked to leave immediately.
- Cancellations out with 7 days of the event will receive 50% of their total booking fee refunded. Cancellation within 7 days of the event will not receive a refund.
- Bookings are non transferable.
NO SHOW POLICY
- A no-show is where a stallholder fails to attend a booked market date without contacting the Organiser in advance.
- A no-show is considered a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions because the Organiser has reserved a space for the stallholder and may have turned other potential stallholders away.
- No refund will be provided for a missed booking where the stallholder has failed to attend and has not provided prior notice.
- Where a stallholder has multiple future dates booked, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the remaining bookings following a no-show.
- A no-show may also result in the stallholder being refused future bookings.
- Good communication is essential to the smooth running of the market.
- Stallholders are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking messages relating to their bookings.
- If your circumstances change, including your ability to attend, you must contact the Organiser promptly.
- Failure to communicate, particularly in relation to attendance, cancellations or booking arrangements, may affect eligibility for future bookings.
By completing this booking form and making payment you agree to all of the rules, terms and conditions above. Your booking confirmation will be sent once payment is received.
